Hi! I’m Adriana Rodríguez, also known as Adriana La Crixa, a fashion and print designer and illustrator based in Amsterdam.

 

After completing my fashion design studies in Spain, I founded “La Crixa” in 2015, first, as a creative project focused on creating fashion collections for collaborations in TV, film and music videos, and having the opportunity to work with renowned stylists and artists, at both national and international levels. In parallel, the project evolved into a clothing brand, translating conceptual pieces into more wearable and commercially-oriented designs.

 

In 2017, I moved to Amsterdam, where I have been working for the past eight years as a print and fashion designer for OILILY, focusing primarily on childrenswear while also contributing to womenswear collections.

 

My work focuses on textile print design and illustration, with a strong storytelling approach. 

By combining handcrafted techniques such as hand drawing, textile and paper collage, 3D artworks I make myself, painting, etc, with digital processes, I create expressive all-over prints, placements, and graphic designs for fashion.

 

Alongside textile design, I have also worked on mural painting projects, translating my illustration style into large-scale formats.

I am open to collaborating on creative projects in fashion, art or design.
